Refund policy

Made-to-order apparel, hats and stickers. Because these are printed or embroidered just for you, we can't accept returns for size or a change of heart. Check the size chart before you order, and if you're between sizes, size up. Sweatshirts are for comfort, not suffering.

Something wrong with it? If your item arrives damaged, defective or just plain wrong, email auntlorettaskitchen@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund, your choice.

Salts. For food-safety reasons, opened salts can't be returned. If a jar arrives broken or damaged, send us a photo within 5 days and we'll make it right.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
